Summary: We loved being right on the lake and the pedal boat was a pleasant surprise. It was a family favorite and used many times during our stay. The house was clean, but we did spot some cockroaches, including one in the downstairs king bed when we were getting in at the end of the night. The house was equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent. The propane grill did not have much propane, so we ended up filling that. We were pleasantly surprised with a brand new hot tub which was also a family favorite. It was hard to get in and out of for adults and children, as there were no steps to stand on, and the sides were high, but we made it work.The air conditioning should definitely be assessed, as the upstairs bedrooms were extremely hot during the day and night. The first floor was nice and cool though. Definitely some repairs that need to be made to the home, but overall an enjoyable experience.
