“The Friendly City by the City” is a wonderful little town called Swansboro, NC. It is located in the Historic section of downtown at the nearby beaches. Restaurants, Festivals, gift shops and live music ARE all within one block. View of the White Oak river and the Crystal Coast Inter Coastal Waterway. The beaches of Emerald Isle are only 3 miles away and Hammock’s Beach State Park is only 2 miles away.
It has been a dream of ours to turn our home into a vacation home so visitors and enjoy their vacation as if they were home.
We have 2 large front porches with Rocking chairs and a swing. The porches overlook the White Oak River with a view of the ICW to the right. There is a deck in back with grill and chairs.
Amenities include a HD Smart TV, reclining sofa, recliner and swivel chair. The large master bedroom has a Queen bed, HD Smart TV, full master bath, walk-in closet and a door opening to the Top deck. The second bedroom has a queen bed, 3rd Bedroom has Twin Beds, 4th bedroom has a futon couch/bed. There is a full bath upstairs next bedroom 2 and 3. The dining room has a dining table, with seating for 4 or 6. Free Wi-Fi.
The fully-equipped, kitchen has a 3-stool bar and overlooks the dining room.
There is laminate floors throughout the main living areas and carpet upstairs. We have central heat and air. Our home comes with a washer and dryer, as well.
No smoking inside.
