Original features like wood paneling, tiled bathrooms, and laminate counters have been preserved to maintain this home’s cozy vibe. Flex space in the home allows for a separate area to play games or have a workspace separate from the main living room. The spacious deck is nestled in the maritime forest and features a large outdoor shower.
The beach is a short walk away, or enjoy the convenience of gated beach parking that grants handicap access and additional outdoor showers, just 200 steps from the front door.
Guests at Surf/Break will have access to neighborhood parks for ocean and sound access. Highlights of the parks include three private boat ramps (with parking), kayak launch, pier, basketball court, covered picnic area, park grills, playground, and sunset viewing area.
