Summary: Cockroaches. COCKROACHES. No answer at the front desk phone on multiple occasions. Not really sure if there is full time management at property. Left my garbage outside the front door every morning and it was rarely picked up (maybe the reason for cockroaches? Although there is the intense aroma of insect repellent in the room) Bath is advertised as roll-in but is just a standard tub with hand bars on the wall. It is dirty and the bars are falling off the wall. Toilet seat is also broken. Bedding is freshly washed but stained. Room ceiling has cobwebs and black stains (mold?) Parking lot is a mess and a hang out for long-term residents well into the night.
