The space

Pull into the parking area and take a few steps down to a deck that surrounds the house on two sides. The main entrance leads you into the open living, dining, & kitchen spaces with lots of windows to showcase the beautiful views of the canal in the backyard with a view of the sound and amazing sunsets in the distance! The vaulted wooden ceilings throughout with ceiling fans give the home a cottage like feel. Recently renovated and well stocked kitchen! As you take the hallway down to the bedrooms, there is one full bathroom, one queen bedroom with half bath connected, second queen bedroom, and at the end of the hallway the spacious master bedroom with king bed, full bath with tub, & your own entrance to a deck off the back of the house. Take the deck down into the backyard for your waterfront and private dock access. Nice flat yard with shade provided on the back patio perfect for hanging out in the day time or fantastic place to retreat to in the evening for sunset!
