Location Location! 2022 new home located on Hamiln Creek with amazing views and sunsets. We are 3 blocks to the beach and to Breach Inlet. We are a bike ride or 9 blocks to Front Beach where you can listen to music, and enjoy excellent food and drink. Enjoy sitting on our dock watching the dolphins, boats, paddleboarders, and kayakers. Looking out from our home in the distance you can see the Ravenel Bridge, Isle of Palms Connector, and the Sullivans Island Swing Bridge. Large In-ground pool with 3 umbrellas and plenty of areas to lounge out. Yogis lay out your mats on the main and top deck overlooking the water. Incredible kitchen with fabulous views. All bedrooms have views of the water and smart TVs. Under the back deck, you will find three rocking chairs, 2 grills, a picnic table, and 2 TVs. After a day of fun in the sun relax with a beverage and enjoy a phenomenal sunset.
