This Singleton Beach home on Hilton Head Island allows you to easily enjoy the great outdoors in the fenced rear yard with a private pool, wet bar and charcoal grill, lounging on one of the three porches, or during a short 10-minute walk that will lead you to the beaches of Hilton Head.
Your indoor time will be just as enjoyable when you indulge in the available amenities. The gourmet kitchen has barstool seating for 4, in addition to a separate breakfast area. The dining room is spacious and well suited for the formal evening meal. The large sunny living room will provide just the right ambiance for evening gatherings. **Fireplace is not for guest use.**
The primary suite, located on the 2nd floor, has a king-size bed and private bath with a Jacuzzi tub. Bedrooms 2,3,& 4 all have queen beds and the 5th bedroom has 2 double beds.

Summary: Really happy with this house and our stay! The house was clean, lots of space, lots of bed rooms and beds, generally updated bathrooms, walk to beach or ride the golf cart shuttle, beach was absolutely beautiful. Close to restaurants and coffee, good amount of parking/garage. Easy check in and garage access. The one thing I wish they would pay attention to was the pool and yard area. The pool was fine but didn’t seem to be “on” so the pool was a little dirty just needed the filter on and maybe bottom swept but we still used it. The yard just needs a little TLC so people would want to spend more time down there. Overall was really happy and had a great stay! Would stay again!
