Welcome to Sunset Escape at Badin Lake, a beautiful water view vacation home in Badin Shores Resort. What better place to relax and enjoy the sunsets. This 3-bedroom, 2 bath home has two living and two full kitchens, along with two separate patios. Badin Lake is a 5300-acre lake where you can enjoy boating, fishing, swimming and more. This private gated resort provides amenities that the entire family will enjoy. Your stay will certainly be filled with relaxation and endless amounts of fun!
Sunset Escape will provide the essentials, two fully equipped kitchens, Wifi (5 Smart-TV's), board games, and kayaks for your pleasure. The Uhwarrie National Forest is close by which is great for hiking, biking, horseback riding, etc. The NC Asheboro Zoo is about 30-40 mins from the resort.
Parking:
There is plenty of parking at the home that will accommodate up to 6 vehicles, less if you are planning to bring in a boat or watercraft.

Badin Shores Resort is a private gated community made up of mostly modular houses, park models, tiny homes and RV/Campers.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home EXCEPT for the locked closet in the master bedroom upstairs, outdoor shed, outdoor closet and Evolution Limo golf cart. There is a 4 seater, Yamaha golf cart that can be utilized by Guests. There are two closets in the home where hanging clothes can be kept and dressers/drawers in each bedroom for your use.
Caution:
There are multiple steps outside to access the home. Please use caution when going up and down. We also have a spiral staircase inside which one should take extra pre-caution with children. Please do not climb or sit on balcony railings or the dog lot fence. If you choose to use the firepit, please make sure you put the fire out when you are not utilizing it for the safety of our home and the surrounding neighbors.
