This Park Model Tiny Home is 396 square feet. My bright and roomy home sleeps 4 (queen bed in private bedroom and queen bed sofa in living room) and has a bathtub with shower. It is all on one level (no climbing into a loft) and very spacious for a Tiny House. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking your favorite dishes and has a dining table for up to 4 people. Enjoy sitting out on the deck surrounded by nature, beautiful trees and mountains of WNC.
This tiny home is a short walk to a shared fire pit, rustic trails and mountain streams. Located on the ale trails, we are close to Dupont Park and Pisgah National Forest. Brevard, Hendersonville and Asheville are within a 30 minute drive. Come enjoy the waterfalls and moutain views while staying in a gated tiny home community, Acony Bell Village.
The house is yours! The owner leaves it spotless with a nice welcoming. I help manage her home and will be available if you need anything.
Acony Bell Tiny Home Village is located 25 minutes from downtown Asheville, 15 minutes to Brevard, and 20 minutes to Hendersonville. Enjoy all the outdoor activities that this area has to offer from Mountain biking to hiking near waterfalls at Dupont State Forest and Pisgah National Forest. Access to the Blue Ridge Parkway and the N.C. Arboretum are just 20 minutes away. Enjoy a trip to the amazing Biltmore Estates or enjoy the many breweries and restaurants in this area. Sierra Nevada Brewery and Oscar Blues are just 10 minutes away!

Tiny Home Rules and Regulations
● GARBAGE: Please place your garbage and recycling in the dumpsters provided.
● FIRE PITS: The fire pits will be continually stocked with wood. We want you to enjoy them. Please do not use them during quiet hours and please make sure the fire is out before leaving them unattended.
● QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10PM until 7AM on weekdays and 11PM – 8 AM on weekends. All outdoor lights need to be turned off as well. We are a dark sky community.
● SPEED LIMIT: The speed limit in the community is 9 MPH. Please be aware of pedestrians, pets and bikers in the roadway.
● PARKING: Please park in the two-car designated space next to the home. Do not park on grass or other landscaping.
● No tents, campers or trailers allowed.
● NO SMOKING inside the house
● AIRBNB Guest must be age 21 or older. They are responsible for the actions of all guests in the tiny home. Cleanliness of the Village is important to us. Sites are to be kept clean and orderly, as determined by management. Management reserves the right to evict or refuse entry to any person or group who has evidenced a disregard for the rules without a refund. Residents and guests agree to use the community at their own risk. The management and owners are not responsible for damage, injury or loss to persons, pets or property. We reserve the right to make changes to the rules, regulations and fees that we deem necessary.
● NO pets in this home. We have other rentals that allow dogs.
