Main floor: Open concept space including living room with Gas fireplace, TV with Spectrum cable and Roku streaming, Dining Area with 54”x54” table and 8 chairs, and fully equipped kitchen. Space features floor to ceiling windows with spectacular mountain views as well as walk out to open deck facing mountain views. Also located on main floor is the Master bedroom with a king bed and HDTV with Roku streaming, Master bath with Jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower, and 2nd bedroom with Queen bed. Main level deck includes Gas Firepit and Gas Patio Heater as well as covered Gas Grill.
Loft area: Open loft with King size bed, Full Bathroom with walk in shower, office setup including desk with dual monitors and laptop docking station and office chair. This can be considered a "loft bedroom" making it a 4th separate space.
Downstairs: Bedroom with Queen size bed, half bathroom, Washer +Dryer, Game Room that features Pool Table, Dart Board, Board Games, and HDTV with Roku streaming device and Xbox One (Blue Ray/DVD enabled). Ping pong table and Corn Hole boards located in the 2 car Garage. Walkout to Lower Level Deck with 6 person Hot Tub.
Ridgewood Estates is comprised of 50 acres developed into 50 homesites and lies on the southern edge of Waynesville, N.C. It is within the city limits and has all of the city services including sewer and water. The streets are paved and easy to drive.
Most of the home sites have outstanding views – Many have views of the Blue Ridge Parkway, which lies 7-8 miles in the distance. The community has a children’s playground, tennis courts, a basketball goal, and a central location for cookouts around a campfire.
This was the first Smoky Mountain Retreat to be developed and now has a variety of completed log homes nestled among the heavily wooded sites. Wild turkey and grouse still share the habitat of this pristine community along with many other interesting forest natives.

Firewood Notice: Not all wood burning fireplaces will provide firewood at the property. We can have firewood delivered to the property per request, we offer either 1/8 cord for $70, or 1/4 cord for $90.
Internet Information: Spectrum high-speed internet speed has been tested at 200-230 Mbps download speeds. The desk space in the loft has two monitors and a laptop docking station that can connect using USB or USB-C. USB-C will also charge the laptop when hooked in. There’s a mouse, keyboard, and in the desk drawer is a USB headset. Can get Wi-Fi anywhere in the home via a google mesh network.
The only times the internet has gone down was in the winter and several houses in the neighborhood also had the issue at the same time and after they sent a reset signal, it came back up fine. Happy to provide any other details if needed.
