This 2-bedroom, 2 bath condo has unbelievable views of the Sugar Mountain ski slopes, Beech Mountain, and the western mountain ranges featuring the evening sunsets. This newly remodeled condominium at Sugar Top is truly one-of-a-kind. The décor is arranged with a modern mountain theme. The primary and guest bedrooms both feature queen beds with large “Smart” flat-screen TVs.
The Primary bedroom also includes a desk w/ monitor, a camera for Zoom or Teams meetings, keyboard and mouse if you need to work while visiting.
Both bathrooms have been totally redone with ceramic tile and new tubs. The kitchen has been totally renovated with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. For coffee lovers, there is a coffee bar that will allow you to make that special cup of joe. The lovely chest in the dining room turns into a queen size Murphy bed which allows for another sleeping option. Enjoy the very comfortable living room with a monster “Smart” TV, and plenty of natural light. A Bluetooth speaker & vintage Atari are available for your entertainment along with board games, puzzles and books for children. Wi-Fi is included.
This is an end unit with a wonderful view of the western sunsets over the range of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Air Conditioning was recently added for warm & humid summer days.
Absolutely No Smoking - No Pets
There is a parking shuttle that is operated by Sugar Top. Please note that RRR has no control over the shuttle. No Check-in's Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. All guests required to sign rental agreement upon booking.
