YARD
Although we make every effort to provide our guests with a clean cut yard, weather sometimes doesn’t allow our crew to cut it according to schedule, if you require a fresh cut lawn, please reach out to us prior to your reservation. Our yard is provided to give our guests a safe place for their pets to roam and to do their business. We do not manicure our yard to be a photogenic experience, rather a safe place for guests to bring their pets with them rather than leave them at home absolutely FREE of charge.
CLEANING *
Our home is sanitized thoroughly with 325 degree steam from our mattresses to our furniture as well as bathrooms, kitchen and floors. All our linens are washed and dried in high temperature to provide our guests with the upmost sanitized linens and towels.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
We are ideally located within minutes of Charlotte's downtown, Noda, The Plaza and major interstates that connect you quickly to anywhere you want to go. The neighborhood is in a gentrified area, there is a combination of new expensive homes as well modest homes, which is expected in areas around downtown of a growing city such as Charlotte that is growing everyday. If you don’t feel comfortable in a mixed/gentrified area, we appreciate your interest in our home and suggest our guests to look for accommodations in another area.
A FEW NOTES:
**Our home is located within the Charlotte city limits, and is situated right at the sidewalk, normal to a city home, but with the proximity to the road, you will hear passing vehicles, which is normal for a home within the city, but we want our guests to be aware that you will hear noises from the street due to our home built right by the sidewalk.
****For your convenience, the city bus passes by our home and has a stop a block and a half from our home.
***There is a train track crossing a little over mile from our home, you might hear the far noise of the train.
Security:
WE HAVE A RING DOORBELL FACING THE STREET AND FRONT PORCH, AND 3 RING FLOOD CAMERAS FACING THE STREET AND THE PARKING AREA THAT RECORD ON MOTION 24/7. PARTIES AND GATHERINGS ARE ABSOLUTELY NOT TOLERATED AND ARE SUBJECT TO RESERVATION CANCELATION AND IMMEDIATE REMOVAL PLUS FINES AND CHARGES FOR ANY DAMAGES.

Parking is only allowed on our driveway and in front of our home.
DO NOT BLOCK ANY DRIVEWAYS!
