This beautifully decorated 2,600 sq ft lake house is ready to welcome you and your family for a relaxing get away on Lake Sinclair. Situated in a quiet area of the lake where all you can see is sparkling water, horizons of untouched trees and stunning sunsets! 20 minutes from local restaurants and grocery stores in Eatonton & Milledgeville. Home has 2 kitchens & living areas, 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths so there is plenty of space to spread out. Outside there is a full wrap around deck on the back of the house with plenty of brand new patio furniture. Ground floor is the same wrap around area with concrete patio and new furniture.

200 feet of water frontage with max dock and plenty of patio seating to enjoy our amazing sunsets! Propane grill just outside the main floor kitchen is perfect for family dinners and after you can step down to the water's edge and do some fishing while you watch the sun dance across the water as it sets. There are several steps in the front of home and in the back leading down to the dock. Accommodation available to bring your boat and tie up at the max dock. We have (2) fishing kayaks for use by all our guests as well.
We love to spend time outside by the firepit which is in the side yard and up the hill from the large dock.
2 outdoor swings for the kids to play on, 1 circle swing outside the ground floor patio doors and 1 child swing hung under the side deck.
There is plenty of parking for 4-5 vehicles. 1 in the new covered carport next to the house, parking in the circle driveway and we have 2 spots to the right before the circle driveway.

80 miles from Atlanta International Airport (ATL) so our lake home is perfect for the business traveler looking to work remote and come home to nature's beauty. Excellent high speed internet and a desk overlooking the lake on the main floor is the ideal spot for your remote office! Wifi also integrated down by the water and at the dock.
