After a year-long restoration project, we are thrilled to present Still Heart Hollow Farm. A place to find rest for your soul, our "gem" has been lovingly and thoughtfully restored to present an experience of upscale casual elegance. The gem is located 4 miles from the village of Leipers Fork, 7 miles from downtown Franklin, and 16 miles from Nashville. This 3 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath, 1200 sq. ft home is a peaceful retreat with luxury bedding and inviting outdoor spaces.
Guests have access to entire home and property.
***Absolutely NO parties, events, or gatherings allowed on the property without prior consent from management. Any unauthorized gatherings are subject to an automatic $1500 fine***
No additional Guests unless prior approval.
No bachelor/bachelorette parties, no events or parties or loud noise permitted as our peaceful home is in a neighborhood and requires guests to be respectful to neighbors.
No pets due to allergies. Should you bring pets onto the property, applicable fees will be charged and you will be asked to leave.
Do not throw feminine hygiene products into toilets as our home is on a septic system. Nothing other than toilet paper should be used.
Backyard tree house is NOT to be used, not stable and unsafe.
NO smoking, vaping, or e-cig inside, outside, or anywhere on the property.
Do not rearrange the furniture.
Please do not attempt to fix or repair anything inside or outside our home. Should something appear to be malfunctioning or not working, please message us.
Upon check out please make sure to leave no dishes in the sink. You will need to put them in the dishwasher and run the cycle. Please place all linens and towels in a pile in the laundry room. Please make sure there is no leftover food in the refrigerator and freezer. Please also take any store-bought food with you as well. We do not mind condiment packets left behind. Take some, leave some!
Any damaged/missing items will result in applicable fees.
