Sea 4 Miles/ 105 Caswell Beach Rd/ 7 Bedrooms-6 of the bedrooms have private full bath and king bed. We have master bedrooms (2 masters) on both levels. First floor master is intended to be usable by handicapped person though may not fully comply with 100% of ADA regulations. Second floor master to have reading area on one side. 5 of these bedrooms have outside decks 7th bedroom has a bunk bed (twin upper and twin lower) and half bath. Additional half bath as “powder room” off the 2nd floor great room We are adding almost 1500 sq ft on the ocean side of the house, 500 on 1st level and 1,000 on 2nd floor. Elevator will come to both upper floors from garage. 1st floor addition—den, covered deck and screened porch Top level addition will have kitchen, dining area, sitting area, all overlooking the ocean with lots of glass. Fully equipped kitchen will include steam oven and espresso machine 2 sets of washer/dryer This is the last house immediately adjacent to Ft Caswell Baptist Assembly so unsurpassed views are not blocked by other houses. Good views of the ocean, Bald Head Island, Cape Fear River, Southport, and 2 lighthouses.
