You'll love being minutes away from world-class alpine skiing, 4-wheeling/off-roading, fishing, golfing, kayaking, paddle boarding, and hiking, as well as restaurants, casinos, and shopping. * This lovely home is in the mountains surrounded by tall pines and nature. Like any mountainous area, this property has wildlife that is common to see. There might be ants, spiders, bears, and other wildlife that share this beautiful place with humans. To keep the bugs away, remember to keep the doors closed. Don't leave food or crumbs on the counters or table and avoid eating on the beds. Also please dispose of your trash properly in the bear bin.

2. Pet Friendly- Max of 2 dogs, an additional fee of $25 per dog/night will be charged after booking is confirmed.
3. Our home welcomes pets. Professional cleaners keep the home clean however sometimes pet hair might be stuck in some area. We ask for your kind consideration regarding that matter.
4 The property does not have AC, but each room has large fans.
5. Shovel snow off the outside stairs to avoid snow and ice build-up for your safety during your stay.
6. The snowplow comes in the early morning around 3 a.m cars must be all the way at the top of the driveway to plow, and no street parking in winter.
7. Master deck, BBQ and Backyard are not usable during winter (Oct-May) due to the snow/ice that can accumulate. Shovel snow off the outside stairs to avoid snow and ice build-up for your safety during your stay.
8. Occupancy is limited to registered guests, with a maximum of 10 quests including children and infants.
