"Daughtry" is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom first floor condo that is decorated with coastal style furnishings. As you enter the condo you are pulled in through a long hallway with the breathtaking view of the Ocean as the backdrop. The subtle blue hues carry through the living room to the balcony for stunning view of the vast Atlantic Ocean. In the morning you will want to grab a cup of coffee and sit on your oceanfront covered deck to enjoy the beauty of a sunrise, expansive views, and soothing sounds of the waves crashing.
Located just off the kitchen, the spacious primary suite offers plenty of space and comfort. The French doors lead you to a private suite furnished with a king bed and spectacular ocean views. This suite also includes a large walk-in closet, a private bathroom, sitting area, Roku TV, and access to the ocean front balcony. Wake up each morning to a greeting from the ocean and fresh salt air.
The guest bedrooms are located on the sound side of the condo and overlook the intracoastal waterway. A quaint guest room with two twin beds provides a comfortable and private space for children to unwind after a long day of building sandcastles and chasing seagulls. The third guest bedroom has a queen bed and TV that offers basic cable services. At the end of the hall there is a bathroom that serves the guest bedrooms and is convenient for visitors. The kitchen is well equipped for all your meal prep needs and overlooks the dining and living area.
The dining table can accommodate six people and is open to the living room. In the living room you will find two cozy armchairs to sink into and a sizable sofa. The Roku TV pivots so you can catch up on your favorite shows or sports game whether you are cooking, dining, or relaxing at the end of the day. A cozy nook gives a wonderful place to kick your feet up and read a book. There are several wonderful classics and area specific books available for guests to enjoy and explore.
Nestled in the dunes at the northern, secluded tip of the Island, Wrightsville Dunes offers a wide, white sandy beach accessed by private walkways with showers to rinse off before returning from a day in the sand and surf. Sometimes you will feel like you have the whole beach to yourself. Enjoy a leisurely stroll along the shoreline to the end of Shell Island where exclusive Figure Eight Island is a stone’s throw away across Mason’s Inlet. Relax at one of the community swimming pools conveniently located near your condo or play a match or two on the community tennis court. The Wrightsville Dunes complex requires all vehicles to display an HOA issued parking pass while parked on the property in order to avoid citation. Seasonal parking fees may apply and will be included in the quoted price if applicable for your reservation. Passes are strictly enforced and limited to two per rental unit; no exceptions can be made. All reservations year round will require parking passes which will be issued to the reservation holder at the time of check in.

Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events.
