This space is the entire 1900 sq. foot main level of our home. We are in a safe, quiet neighborhood on top of a mountain, 10 minutes from Pisgah National Forest, 15 from Dupont State Forest and the Blue Ridge Parkway, and 30 minutes from the vibrant city of Asheville! Its furnishings are cozy and comfortable, and the kitchen, while not state of the art, has everything you need to cook meals if desired. The space is very large, open floor plan, hardwood floors, plenty of natural light and beautiful views of the forest surrounding the house. The large master bedroom has a king size bed and private bathroom. The guest room has a queen size bed with the bathroom beside the bedroom. There is also a pull out sofa bed with pillow top mattress topper for extra comfort. That bed is in the reading nook, so it has its own semi- private space overlooking the forest! The coffee station is ready to go and feel free to utilize the washer and dryer if necessary as well. There is a wood burning stove in the living room and firewood available onsight for a small fee. Curl up under one of the cozy blankets for a relaxing evening by the fire, or enjoy the breeze with a glass of wine on the front patio. Just make yourself at home! I just want to note that there will be occasional guests staying in the lower level(the house is on a steep hillside, so your level is ground level) they will have no access to the main level of the house.
