LIVING AREA
Booking a vacation home in Tahoe is a chance to spend quality time with your friends and family away from the distractions of everyday life. Bernice has the ultimate space for you to do that in. The entire first floor (1200sqft of living area, plus 600sqft of deck) is flowing open living area.
Enter from the front door or garage, kick off your shoes and hang your coat.
There are two living areas to choose from. For a great conversation or board game find a spot in front of the fireplace. Ignite the cozy flames at the flick of a switch, the heat radiates across the large stone hearth. Everyone can gather with seating at the hearth, bay window, couch and chairs.
For digital entertainment head to the other living area where the 60” HDTV awaits. Don’t struggle with six different remotes our simplified home entertainment set up supplies everything you need. Watch the game or browse the channels with the cable package or switch over to the Roku to stream all your favorite movies and shows or set the kids up with a video game.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is the heart of this home. Room for several chefs, you will still be part of the conversation as it is central to the living and dining areas.

The master bedroom is your chance to steal away and really recharge on your vacation. Take a moment to read on your private deck, or stream a show on the 40” TV. Freshen up in the dual head, walk in shower, and prepare for an evening out at the double vanities. Lighten up on your packing and use the supplied hairdryer, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Expand into the California King bed, the memory foam will swallow you up while you the down comforter keeps you at just the right temperature.
Bedroom 2 is enormous. No need to fight over the master bedroom as there is a California king bed here too. The hotel style linens and down comforter will guarantee a great nights sleep. Roku TV. There is a large walk in closet and views into the trees.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 have queen beds and plenty of space. Large closets with hangers and cozy fleece blankets. Bedroom 3 has a Roku TV and great light from the forest view window. Bedroom 4 is our quietest, located beneath the garage. It’s an ideal place for the little one to nap in the supplied pack and play.
For more children’s sleeping options there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room and two twin memory foam cots that can be set up anywhere around the house. These extra beds also have supplied linens and comforters.
BATHROOMS
Each of the three bathrooms comes supplied with:

In addition to the master bathroom there are two more full bathrooms. One has a tub shower combo, the other a large walk in shower with massaging pebbles under foot.
