With the perfect location situated between both Roosevelt National Forrest and Arapaho National Forest and just minutes from Golden Gate Canyon State Park there is plenty of outdoors for everyone! Looking for something to do? Try hitting the slopes at Eldora just 20 minutes up the hill. Want a bit of the nightlife? Head on down to the casinos in Central City and Black Hawk just 15 minutes, where you can enjoy gambling, live music and tasty food! Need a few ideas for the whole family to enjoy? Try the Indian Hot Springs in Idaho Springs 35 minutes away, The Gilpin County Recreation Center or Library just 5 minutes away, or take a ride on The Carousel of Happiness, a hand-carved 1910 carousel in Nederland 20 minutes away. Looking for some down time? Kick back in all new stylishly designed furniture, sleep in one of the 14 brand new Simmons Beauty Rest beds, or play a game at the 18 foot table that comfortably seats at least 14! -All beds are brand new Simmons Beauty Rest beds complete with mattress pad cover, 550 count sheets, pillows, warm soft blankets and colorful duvets. Electric blankets are available in each closet.
-Each guest is provided with a bath towel and wash cloth.
-Each bed has an individual reading lamp.
-Alarm clocks in each room.
Kitchen:
There are TWO large kitchens at Mojito Creek! Two refrigerators, three ovens, warming drawer, two gas ranges, including a Gaggenau gas range in the main kitchen and two dishwashers. Two coffee pots, plates, cups, pots, pans, utensils, blender, mixer, and a wide variety of other items complete this amazing kitchen set up. Coffee is provided. Some spices and other basic cooking ingredients are available for use.
Bathrooms:
Master Bath- His and hers sinks, soaking tub, deep step in shower, toilet and bedet.
Half Bath- Copper waterfall sink, toilet, large area for changing
Full Bath- Bath tub, shower, sink, toilet
-All bathrooms are stocked with toilet paper, Kleenex, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, q-tips and earplugs.
Scrapbookers/Quilters/Crafters:
Our amazingly large front room and open floor plan provides the perfect space to work on your projects! Mojito Creek is fully equipped with 14- 6 foot tables, 14 deluxe rolling chairs, 14 cup holders, 14 Natural Light lamps, 14 power strips and 14 trash cans. Quilters will also enjoy our over-sized Quilter's Wall, two ironing boards, and two irons.
