Coastal Tide is a sweet and unassuming cottage from the outside, with shutters the same shade as the sea and raised up for a bird's eye view of the sound.
This home makes the most of its space with a galley kitchen that's open to the dining and living space. If the nights are cool, gather together and listen to the sound of the gulls, the terns, and the boats that cruise by. With huge windows and glass doors to the back deck, sunlight floods in throughout this comfortable retreat. The balcony might be the best place to be in the mornings and evenings when the sun is sneaking its way up over the horizon line or dipping down in a fiery blaze.
Whether you intend to relax and watch the water, fish the Crystal Coast waters, eat the local fresh seafood, or visit hotspots in neighboring Beaufort and Morehead City- Coastal Tide is the perfect location with everyone in mind!

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.
PET POLICY:
Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax non refundable pet fee per dog, with a 3 dog maximum.
Airbnb guests: This fee is NOT included in your final price. Please notify Spectrum Properties once your booking has been confirmed to add this pet fee(s).
VRBO guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify Spectrum Properties to add the additional pet fee(s).
Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine.
