1 Bedroom; 1 Bath with full kitchen and living area apartment attached to main house. Separate keyed entrance with private parking area. Plenty of room for parking and even for your boat. We are within 1/4 mile to lake access. Living area apartment has pull out sofa with a full size bed to sleep 2 in addition to the queen bed in bedroom.
We want to make sure our guests understand this is apartment is "attached" to main home but totally separate from the main home with own entrance, parking. Heat and air are controlled on the main side of the house so if you get to warm or too chilly just let us know and we will adjust the thermostat.
Handicap accessibility.
We do want to make sure all our guests are aware that no pets are allowed. No exceptions.
The home also does have sulfur water and does sometimes have an odor, not always but we like to make our guest aware.
This is a great location and place for a quick get away or to stay for several days for that fishing or hunting escape.
Within 35 minutes of Pigeon Forge or Knoxville. Only 20 minutes to Bass Pro Shops. Lots of local eateries.
