Summary: The room was fine, clean, no frills, easy check in. But the staff harassed us constantly about our pet. I marked on my check in that I had a pet but no one commented or asked other questions. Then throughout the stay I got repeated calls from the front desk demanding I disclose if I had a pet. Which I thought I already had. I was told housekeeping entered my room - even though I had a do not disturb sign on my door - and was surprised by my dog. I have no idea why someone entered my room without my permission. My dog is incredibly well behaved and does not bark. I was charged additional fees that were not disclosed upfront. This hotel was advertised on Hotels.com as being pet friendly but they clearly are not. The staff rudeness and constant harassment was not worth this stay.
