Positive: Near highway, restaurants near by.

Negative: The floors underneath the carpeting are very uneven, creating a safety hazard. Walking across them feels unstable, and I nearly lost my balance. This is particularly concerning for anyone who is not steady on their feet. Not sure if the wood beneath or concert is falling apart. Anyway beware of uneven floors.
