Let's take a tour of your Lakecation...
At Sip, Sip, Away we will begin outdoors where you are likely to spend most of your time. The house features a 3/4 acre lot with a 24'x48' salt water pool with a new water slide! The kiddos and adults will have a great time slip sliding and cannonballing into this spacious and refreshing pool. Just steps from the pool is a cozy fire pit for everyone to gather, discuss the day's adventures on the lake, and enjoy some s'mores! Outside of the fenced area are pavers to the dock where you'll find fun lake toys, a kayak and a stand up paddle board that can be used to explore and fully enjoy what the lake has to offer. The house is completely fenced in so don't forget to bring Fido along, (pets allowed with approval and pet fee).
Upon entering Sip, Sip, Away, guests are greeted by a welcoming, and beautifully decorated foyer that leads into the open living space with high ceilings and glass sliders to the fully covered and furnished deck. The living room is newly decorated with a comfy sectional, 2 swivel chairs and large TV, where everyone is sure to gather! The bright and spacious fully stocked kitchen has all new appliances, a double oven, microwave and refrigerator. The kitchen has a large island which comfortably seats three. It's the perfect space to enjoy sip, sipping away on your cocktails while the chef of the group is preparing your delicious meals. Off the kitchen is an eat-in kitchen area with a dining table for 8. The perfect spot to eat while catching some beautiful glimpses of the lake!
The main level of the home has four bedrooms: a master with a king bed and attached bath; a bunk room with two sets of twin bunk beds that sleep 4, queen bedroom #1 which conveniently shares a bathroom with the bunk room; and finally, a queen bedroom #2 that is surrounded with walls of windows, allowing the natural light of the sun to shine in. The new additional bedroom has 2 queen beds with a cozy fireplace and an attached new bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. These luxurious sleeping areas all feature large plush bedding and pillows for restful sleep, stylish furnishings that give you plenty of room to unpack, and bathrooms that will make you feel like you are in the comfort of your own home. You will feel right at home and have the luxury you need to feel relaxed and pampered. The master bedroom is particularly stunning with sliding doors that provide direct access to a covered deck that holds a sunroom with an indoor hot tub!
Head upstairs to find a new loft with a queen size sleeper sofa and TV. It's not only the perfect space to sit and have some quiet time, but it also provides another space for a guest to comfortably sleep.
Off the back deck is a perfect all season room featuring a hot tub and high top bar table & large TV. This room has sliders to the master and access to the covered back porch. A great way to unwind after a long day on the lake in the hot tub with your favorite game or show on the TV.
Let's head to the garage which has now been converted into a game room, yet another space for some entertainment and fun! The game room is a great place for some friendly competition. Play a game of ping pong or air hockey! Prefer to be a spectator instead? Take a seat at the bar table and enjoy sipping on a drink & watching the game!
