A sunny single family residence with a Private Hot Tub on Back Deck with Great Mountain Views. Home features 4-bedroom 3.5-bath on 3 levels, large decks, BBQ gas grill, WiFi, two car garage. Near free TOV bus stop, approx. 1/4 mile. Located in West Vail, you are minutes from grocery shopping, liquor store and restaurants in the West Vail corridor. Huge dining room table that seats 8-10 comfortably and a gourmet appointed kitchen for all your cooking needs.

For stays of 1,2,3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee of $260 will be added to the cost of any reservation. If you stay 6 nights or more, the checkout clean is waived.

Summary: House is BEAUTIFUL!!!! Could not have been happier. What a fantastic place. We even walked to and from the bus stop at night. Would be difficult in ski boots, but was easy enough in our street shoes after a night in the Village.
