Positive: Great location and floor plan. Very well equipped with kitchen outfitting and bedding. Great hot tub and family games. Spacious rooms

Negative: Would have been nice to have folding chairs and shade umbrella for going to the lake. You do need window coverings, especially downstairs bedroom.

Summary: This is a great home. Would definitely recommend it.
