Recently renovated and designed to spend time outside and enjoy the lake, our house has more outdoor living space than any house on Badin! There is a screen porch with modern sectional sofa and teak dining table. Directly connected, is a small side porch with a table for two and a new gas grill ~ perfect for enjoying appetizers while grilling dinner! Make your way down a series of winding stairs and veer off to a stone walking path to an outdoor shower with a rain shower head with privacy, continue down to a large boardwalk area! The boardwalk is arranged with a love seat, 2 chairs with ottomans, teak dining table with umbrella that seats 4. Beyond the boardwalk is the jewel…a double level pier which provides a huge shaded area with a sectional sofa and chairs with ottoman and the spectacular views! A ladder for lake access and mooring whips available for your boat. Vast views down the lake and the Uwharrie National forest are yours to enjoy from all of the outdoor spaces and house.
Inside this former fisherman’s cabin, which has been totally updated, you will find a sleek modern design. Crisp white walls, grey accented doors and pops of color make for a cheery and happy vacation environment. Modern appliances and cabinetry elevate the décor with a feel of European design and the mirrored wall behind the den sofa reflects a view of the lake and the Uwharrie National Forest.
Badin Lake is located near High Point, Asheboro (NC Zoo and revitalized downtown), Seagrove (pottery), Lexington, Albermarle, Greensboro, Winston Salem, Charlotte, and Pinehurst. Each only minutes away to extend your activities while visiting. DON’T forget the Uwharrie National Forest! Visit the Eldorado Outpost 10 minutes away for maps on hiking and ATV trails.
