Welcome to our amazing harbour waterfront community. Water right out the back door! A peaceful & quiet place to relax! We are an easy walk to beautiful downtown Washington with lots of great restaurants & shopping!
I poured my heart into designing our home! I hope you can feel that from the moment you walk in! I wanted this to be a place to just get away from it all with family & friends! The dining room seat a total of 10. Kitchen & dining area is open so you can comfortable all be there! There is plenty of seating throughout! There is a large 3 person sofa, love seat for 2 & 2 chairs. Back sunroom has a 5 person church pew for viewing the water! The water is right out the back door! Views from the master upstairs with an outdoor deck with a table 3 chairs & a lounger. Views from the sunroom downstairs! 2 Kayaks out back for your use. The kayaks location will be disclosed if you ask me.
