There is a dock located on the property, the owner keeps his boat on one side and the other is available for your boat. The summer water level is typically 9.5’ in front of the dock, while the winter water level is around 5’.
Other Things to Note:
• We hope you'll enjoy the water toys and activities (kayak, stand-up paddle board, roll-out floating mat, pool noodles/water toy) during your stay. We kindly ask that after use, please carry the equipment back to the designated area against the house. Please avoid dragging them across the grass, concrete, or stones to help keep everything in good condition.
• Property treated for pests. Lakes provide habitat for a variety of creatures. The owner is not responsible for wildlife or insects, but please let us know of any issues or unusual occurrences.
• Guests using motorized water toys must adhere to Lake Murray's NO WAKE zones. Close to the docks is a NO WAKE ZONE. If you want to boat, tube, or jet ski, please go into bigger water.
• Children must be supervised by an adult when on the dock, swimming, or using any water toys as needed.
• To provide a safe and comfortable environment for everyone, primary guests must be at least 25 years old to book accommodations with us.
• As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we ensure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Trust and Safety Fee or your rental rate. The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $3,000 for content and $3,000 for dwelling. Summary: The property includes a boat ramp which makes it really convenient. Katie (property manager) was very responsive & easy to reach with questions before & during the trip. The house was very clean & kitchen well stocked for all our cooking needs. The lake was very low traffic which made it great for us to tube/knee board & fish. The fishing was great too! Caught enough to feed our family of 6 one evening & then we began to just catch/release.
