The 3 ocean facing bedrooms on 2nd and 3rd floors have private en-suite bathrooms. Beautiful brand new hardwood flooring throughout. The open-concept living area with impressive 82” flat screen Smart TV and surround sound. The dining area has a beautiful ocean view, gourmet kitchen complete with custom cabinetry and display lighting, granite counter-tops, high-end appliances.

Enclosed garage with direct access to the elevator that makes unloading groceries and luggage easy.

Open and covered decks/balconies are perfect to enjoy sunrises, viewing the beach, and relax in the jacuzzi with color changing lights and waterfall.
An ocean walkway provides direct access to the beach, with an extra beachside deck area with a beach-side shower with foot wash.
The ground level deck features a second larger, enclosed shower with hot and cold water.

Extra beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards available for tenant use.
