Summary: We'll start with the things that needs to be addressed at property ASAP...the main entrance door would not stay shut unless it was locked and the blind on door was awful, the lights above fireplace wouldnt work nor the light above stove nor the laundry room light which was super annoying! The lamp knob in main living bedroom was broke. The appliances needs a major cleaning or completely updated. Needs a MAJOR cleaning so much dust. Need to call pest control and have it sprayed occasionally Spiders and webs EVERYWHERE! The most aggravating thing was the boat dock. It was misleading in description. It says a 2 slip boat dock which we thought both would be available for our use and one was being occupied by owner so we could only use the side of the dock to put our boat because the other was for a pontoon which we dont have. My son also brought his jetski which was also annoying to dock. Very old stuff out there too that needs updating! But on a psitive note we enjoyed the location of the house and the beautiful scenery. We would rent again if these mainly cosmetic and simple things were fixed.
