There are 4 spacious bedrooms (all upstairs) and 2.5 bathrooms. The master has an en suite. There is also a flex room downstairs with a sleeper sofa.
Unlimited entertainment! Multiple TVs throughout home. There are 6 Roku TVs -ALL with premium Spectrum Cable, Disney+, Max, Hulu, Starz, Peacock, and Sirius XM. Home has a full sized washer/dryer, fully stocked kitchen with essentials, and a large fenced in private backyard with relaxing patio furniture!
This beautiful home has 2 floors with 4 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms upstairs. The flex room is located downstairs and includes the sleeper sofa and is located next to the half bath.
Your stay includes: Fully stocked kitchen with essentials (pots, pans & cooking utensils), free coffee, spices and condiments, outdoor charcoal grill, fresh towels, plush bedding, sheets, body wash, soap, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, paper towels, toilet paper & on site washer/dryer and 2 car garage access.
-Check in is anytime after 3:00PM and check out is anytime before 11 AM, no exceptions due to scheduled cleaning upon departure.
-There is parking to accommodate up to 8 vehicles depending on the size of the vehicles. The garage and driveway can fit 4-6 vehicles. 2 vehicles may park directly in front of the house. NO parking on the grass and NO commercial vehicles. The garage door opener is located by the Keurig Machine. There will be an additional $200 fee if it’s not returned at checkout.
-1 pet allowed & up to 2 pets (cat/dog) maximum but there will be an additional fee. Must notify if requesting 2 pets. Must clean up after pet.
-There are 2 mountain bikes available for your use in the garage and a basketball goal in the driveway.
