Located only 50 yards from the beach access in a non-crowded section of Pine Island, you will be able to enjoy wonderful ocean views and beautiful sunsets. All bedrooms, 4 of which are Kings, have their own private bath and deck access. Spend afternoons relaxing in the comfortable lounge chairs by the large, private pool with waterfall and attached baby pool. Dine or entertain out back with a spacious tiki bar that includes both patio and bar top seating, large built-in gas grill, sink area and new docking station for itunes, Pandora, etc. This home provides a spacious kitchen and comfortable furnishings to complete the perfect beach getaway. Ground Level: Has an oversized main bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets & Daybed w/ Trundle, TV/DVD. A large kitchenette opening to the pool deck has a full fridge, wine cooler, microwave, dishwasher and bar seating with TV. The outside pool bar has both patio and bar seating, built-in gas grill and mounted outdoor speakers. Another full bath and the laundry room complete this level. Mid Level: There are 3 King main bedrooms and a Queen main bedroom, all with a TV, ceiling fan and private deck access. One King main bedroom has a jetted tub. The shaded, covered decks include a hammock swing and many lounge chairs. The deck off the Queen room overlooks the pool area. Top Level: The spacious, window-lined great room provides great ocean views. There is a gas fireplace, large wall-mounted HDTV, DVD stereo with usb port and plenty of comfortable seating for enjoying it all. The dining table seats 10 and the roomy, well-equipped kitchen has an island bar seating 6. Outside on the deck you can relax in the hot tub, enjoy the views or lounge in the sun while spending quality time with family and friends. There is a King main bedroom with jetted tub, TV, ceiling fan and deck access and another half bath on this level.
