High speed internet ( 80 meg ) and standard tv ( antenna ). Washer - dryer ,dishwasher , microwave, coffee maker, sheets , towels, dishes in place . Queen bed in master bedroom , full and twin in 2nd bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa . Week end nights at $160 a night and week nights at $100 a night with a 3 night minimum . No cleaning service provided . Guests will need to clean condo ( vacuum , sweep, clean bathrooms and kitchen, wash bed sheets , towels , etc. ) before leaving. Weekly rate is $820 . No pets allowed and No Smoking . A $200 cleaning and damage deposit can be charged if condo is not cleaned before leaving .
