Property for weekend or weekly rental is located on 9 acres with 3, very well stocked fishing ponds, surrounded by groomed walking trails.
The ponds:
We have bass, crappies, catfish and tons of bluegills for the little ones to catch almost every cast. Be sure to look close and spot the turtles hanging around! They love to poke their head out and say hi! There’s a large fire pit by the front pond with TONS of free fire wood for families and friends to enjoy fires (and maybe s’mores) by the lake! There is also a pedal boat on the property attached to the dock for your pleasure of use! Please just make sure it is put back in the same way you found it!
The house:
2 full bathrooms and 4 bedrooms that sleeps 12 people. Large cable TV's in every bedroom and living area. Property location is a short drive to several sandy beaches that go for miles in each direction and also a long fishing pier with a restaurant.
House also includes:
refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, outdoor gas grill, washer and dryer as well as linens and towels.
This is a great getaway with lots of privacy and room to roam and view wildlife at its finest. As you drive through the gate you will be greeted by a working barn with a horse (Daisy) and a donkey (EEyore) roaming the pasture and you may encounter a feeder in the morning or in the late evenings as they come and feed the horses, don't worry, the house is about a thousand feet from the barn BUT you will be able to see the horses in the pasture from the large screened front porch, and they love to run with the cars up and down the pasture.
