Isolated location, located on a well maintained gravel road, please do not rent this location with the expectation of being able to get to the city in 13 minutes. Also, the house is located in the mountains, steep driveways come along with living in the mountains.

Gorgeous view of the Great Smokey Mountains, including Mt Mitchell. The French Broad river is also in view. The house is fully furnished, with a 65" TV, kitchen with all the modern conveniences & more. High ceilings add to the feeling of the wilderness.
