Historic 1910 Farmhouse just 1 mile from Sandbridge beach. Set on 2 tranquil acres with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the natural setting with large oaks, fig and pecan trees. One oak tree is in the national tree registry for one of the largest and oldest oaks in Virginia Beach. Brand new gorgeous pool with pool bar converted from old barn.
The house has been lovingly restored. Everything has been updated with brand new kitchen, appliances and quartz countertops. All new flooring on the first floor and on the second floor the original 115 year old pine floors have been restored to their beauty. With 3+ bedrooms and 3 brand new baths the house comfortably sleeps 8 people. You’ll find unique details throughout that have been preserved like the original wood beams and old brick fireplace (non operable). New furnishings throughout. This house is beautiful and full of charm and character but with all the modern updates and conveniences desired. There are 2 screen porches along the entire front and back of the house with outdoor seating and dining. The perfect place to have a special celebration.
