Positive: I liked the location of the apartment. It was close proximity to the beach. Getting the keys was OK. Easy process. I liked the pool being private. Key drop off was a nice feature bc we left before the office was open. Internet worked good. Communication about the reservation was good. Parking under the rooms was good as I had a wheelchair that can't get wet in the event of a storm. Was nice having a washer and dryer in the room as well as a pup kennel if you needed one.

Negative: There was roaches. One in our room one outside on the porch. When I called they were supposed to send someone out to spray they never showed up, waited on them to show for a few hours wasting our time and was only compensated $50. After paying almost $1800 I think that was a ridiculous compensation. I have had an ESA for years due to my severe anxiety and depression and they wouldn't accept her papers bc they weren't in the last 6 months even tho my paper says she's my ESA as long as she's alive so I had to suffer without her. The pet fees are so high and they tax them. I understand charging you if they mess up the place but almost $600 for 2 pets ridiculous. They don't return if no issues. Lots of hidden fees in the contract that the main booking doesn't show. They'll take every penny they can from you. One day the pool was dirty there was a wad of what looked like dog hair and dirt floating in the pool.

Summary: I won't be back. The apartment was nice minus the roaches.The fees are ridiculous. Hide your wallet.
