This 2 bedroom/ 1 bathroom 1500 square foot house sits directly on the beach and only steps away from the Ocean View Fishing Pier and Rooftop Bar and Grill, and is conveniently located near Downtown Norfolk, Virginia Beach Oceanfront, Chic's Beach, Old Dominion University, Christopher Newport University, the Navy and Air Force bases, and many other attractions! There is WiFi, a brand new 50" Smart TV in the living room, 40" smart TVs in each bedroom, memory foam mattresses, 4x window AC units to keep the house very cool, and a kitchen with basic essentials.
The first picture is the view from the back porch of the house. It is a 100 year old house that has recently undergone renovations including new floors, cabinetry, bathroom, brand new window AC/heat units, and appliances, including an arcade machine with hundreds of games including Pac-Man and Galaga.
There is a queen bed in bedroom 1 and two twin beds in bedroom 2. If you need to use the sofa bed or additional twin bed stored in the sunroom, please request linens for those ahead of time.

Summary: The home was right on the beach as described, which is where I really wanted to stay. The home has great potential to be a wonderful place however the extremely weak flooring was terrifying to walk on, use the shower on and use the commode. My fiancée is a big man who is disabled and he was afraid he was going to fall through the floor.
