Located less than 10 minutes from the Asheville Airport, and less than one mile from a mountain bike trail into Pisgah Forest, 2 miles to Etowah golf course, 5 miles to Mills River center and breweries, 6 miles to Brevard and the main entrance to Pisgah National Forest!
The house is large enough for two families, or a group of friends to share when they come to explore our area! Bedrooms #1 & 2 are on the left side of the house, connected to each other and a full bath. On the other side of the house (across the kitchen) there are two smaller rooms next to a hall bathroom. Both of these rooms have twin beds. In the front of the house (next to the large living room featuring hardwood floors and walls) there are two more connected bedrooms. The first room has a queen bed and the back room has 3 twins.
The house is located on an acre lot featuring a fire pit, rope swing, and large front porch to enjoy our pleasant mountain climate and has ample parking for 2-3 veficles.
