Just outside the daylight basement is a patio with a 5 seater hot tub and a swing, both of which are onlooking the river. The upstairs has a sitting area/office spot overlooking the den, 2 bedrooms, and a full bath. The house sits among 85 acres of fields and woods. There is a recreational area in front of the house and down by the river with beautiful class 1 rapids. Fire pit, cooking and lounging area down by the river as well.
