• The upper floor offers 4 bedrooms, a bunk room, and sleeps 13-14 easily. The master
ensuite includes a King-sized bed, TV, a separate shower and oversized tub with a large closet. 2 of the additional bedrooms have Queen sized beds and the 4th bedroom has Twin beds. The bunk room has 4 twin beds (2 trundles) and a double sized loft bed. There is a hall bathroom with a shower over tub.
• The main floor includes an office which also includes a double-sized day bed. There is a
workstation with a printer. The dining room can seat 12 with a 2nd dining table in the kitchen area. There is a living room with a gas fireplace for winter retreats as well.
• Recreational amenities include 1 youth kayak, 3 adult kayaks, and a 4 person peddle
boat. In the 2-car garage there are 12 life jackets of all sizes from XS to XXL. You can launch these boats right from the backyard. In addition rent a pontoon boat with a slide or additional kayaks at Tailrace Marina which is next door.
