It's a turnkey 2+den/2 bath recently updated villa with heated pool and hot tub and is fully stocked for your comfort during your extended stay. It's available for 30-day min. to 5 month max. December 1-April 30, 2025 in-season/May 1-Nov 20 off season. Tenants MUST be approved by HOA. Home to the Boston Red Sox & Minnesota Twins spring training facilities; with nearly 1800 Square Feet of open living space. The Master suite overlooks the lanai and water view and boasts a king bed, TV, large walk-in closet and a large ensuite bath with dual sinks and private water closet. On the opposite side of the home sits a generous sized second bedroom with a queen bed, TV, and the second full ensuite bathroom; and features a full-size sleeper sofa in the den/office. The laundry room is near the main living space with quick access to a 2-car garage. The open concept living and dining room offer the perfect gathering area for streaming your favorite shows and relaxing while enjoying the beautiful lake views. The living space flows right into the kitchen and cafe area where you will find upgraded stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops and all the kitchen necessities and comforts of home. The heated pool/spa lanai has an electric shade shutter to enjoy in any weather conditions… and includes a grill, lounge chairs, and other seating all overlooking the beautiful water/fountain view creating a serene relaxing environment for your getaway. Colonial Country Club is an exceptional community with lots of daily/weekly events and amenities including pay as you play 18-hole Championship golf course, pickleball, tennis, bocce ball, preserve/boardwalk trails, community/lap pools, fitness center, casual and fine dining and bar area.
