Conveniently located just 25 miles from downtown Asheville, this home offers both adventure and tranquility. The lake features a scenic paved trail that loops for nearly 4 miles. Amenities include a large playground, tennis courts, mini golf, pickleball, sand volleyball, a basketball court, shuffleboard, a fitness center, and a library. You can also rent canoes, kayaks, and paddleboards; we’ve recently added kayaks to our collection for your enjoyment. Plus, a beautiful golf course is right across from the lake, with several more courses nearby. For outdoor fun, enjoy our collection of yard games on the spacious, flat front lawn.
This home has a special place in our hearts. Originally built by Zac’s grandparents in 1960, we’ve recently renovated it to preserve its unique character while adding modern comforts.
