Positive: This property is always the highlight of my visit to Orlando. I love the staff. They're so accommodating and very kind. Emily and Jose were awesome at their jobs! Jose was polite and made conversation while helping my mom and me with our luggage. Emily checked us in and helped me get my favorite area. The restaurant is better than many hotels I've been to. The breakfast is wonderful, and though it can be pricey, the dinner service is my favorite. They sometimes include a free beverage in your welcome packet. It's worth a visit to the bar for a Strawberry State of Mind!

Negative: There were some repairs needed in our room. 319 had some water damage under the mini fridge and damage in the bathroom. Our safe said “low battery” so we weren't able to use it during our stay but I'm more than sure if we had asked they would've addressed it very quickly because they're always on top of things like this. Everyelse was wonderful.
