Summary: So many reasons not to stay here again. The building doors were propped open at both ends (it's just one long hallway). Upon arrival, the door to our room was not secured, did not need to use the card key to enter, it was not closed completely - so anyone could have entered it. The floors were not swept, had black debris and a few small pieces of trash. Gnats were flying around, mostly in the bathroom. The bottom of the bathtub still had a coating of water in it, as if someone had used it before we arrived. Office chair back surface was completely worn away. At least the bed mattress was comfortable enough and sheets and towels appeared clean, but that is expected. And the AC worked although it made a weird cyclical noise. This was room 165 in the gray building. Will likely not use Red Roof Inn again, anywhere, if this is what is to be expected.
