Welcome to our stunning, recently renovated condo, located on a picturesque golf course. Our spacious and modern unit is perfect for a long-term stay with a minimum rental time of 30 days. The condo features two bedrooms with king beds, two bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining area, laundry room, and a comfortable family room with large TV.
Enjoy high-speed internet for work or leisure, a spacious living area with plenty of natural light, and comfortable seating. The lanai offers an excellent view of the golf course. The location is convenient; only 15 minutes away from Fort Myers International Airport (RSW), we are within easy access to beaches, outdoor malls, popular restaurants and shops, outdoor activities, and professional baseball Spring Training facilities for the Boston Red Sox and Minnesota Twins. Whether you're here for work or leisure, we aim to make our condo the perfect home base for your stay.
The community itself is gated with security during the day. Our building is conveniently located near the entrance. Just a short walk away, you'll have guest access to the recreational swimming pool. You will have one assigned parking spot directly in front of the condo, and other unassigned spots available across the building.
Golf Course - Temporary Notice: The community is currently using the "off season" time to do a major renovation of the golf course located off behind the building. Unfortunately, this means that the course is not available for use at this time, and the view from the lanai will be constantly changing for now. Some past guests have taken part in membership there during their stay and really loved it. We apologize that it is not currently available, but we're looking forward to the improvements for our future and returning guests once it's complete.
Please note that one of the stove's small back burners isn't working. Sorry for the inconvenience!
