This cabin features timber frame beams and exudes warmth from the moment you step inside. A cozy living room with a 2-story stone fireplace is the perfect place to gather. The fully equipped kitchen is the perfect space for the chef of the group to feel right at home while cooking up your favorite meals. Step out into the screened in porch, with a wood burning fireplace, to enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine, while you take in the peacefulness and mountain air.
Featuring 3 comfortable guest rooms in the main house, so everyone will have their own space, as well as a 4th room in the guest house. Enjoy the private firepit where you can roast s'more's and make memories that will last a lifetime! You will also have access to the Balsam Mountain Preserve community amenities, including Clubhouse dining, an Arnold Palmer golf course, An equestrian center, conservancy center, a fitness, sporting and spa complex.
