Two catch-and-release ponds are stocked with channel and blue catfish, largemouth bass, hybrid stripers, crappie, and bluegill.
Entertainment space abounds inside the lodge. In the spacious living area, find two large TVs, a wood-burning stove, shuffleboard, a Pac-Man arcade, and a bar. The well-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances (dishwasher not included), plenty of cookware, and everything you’ll need to prepare delicious meals.
There’s also a covered patio with a wood-burning firepit and grill - perfect for barbecues at home.

THINGS TO KNOW
-You may fish in the surrounding ponds, but they are catch and release only. Children under 16 must be supervised. Swimming in the ponds is not permitted.
-There are white-tailed deer, red deer, axis deer, antelope, sheep, wild goats, and warthogs at the property. Please do not feed, approach, or harass the animals. Please do no leave children unattended at anytime.
-The owner is not responsible for damage to vehicles.

Parking notes: There is parking for two vehicles in the driveway. A small boat or RV may also be parked in the driveway, but please do not exceed the max limit of two vehicles. (There are no RV hookups, and boats are not allowed in the surrounding ponds.)
